FAQ's & POLICIES
1. HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED?
-This will depend on your preference of fullness and the lengths you choose. Each bundle is approximately 3.2 - 3.5 oz. Keep in mind, the longer the length, the shorter the weft will be.
- For 12" - 14", a minimum of 2 bundles is recommended.
- For 16" - 18", a minimum of 3 bundles is recommended.
- For 20" - 24", a minimum of 4 bundles is recommended.
- For 26" or longer, a minimum of 5 bundles is recommended.
At your discretion, the wefts may be cut during installation, however, we do not suggest cutting the wefts unless absolutely necessary as cutting of the weft may cause shedding and reduce the longevity of the use of the hair.
2. IS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A FRONTAL & A CLOSURE?
-Yes, absolutely. Both have their advantages.
- A closure is designed to cover the section of your head where your part will be so it only covers the top front part of your head. Depending on the texture you purchase, we have 4x4 and 5x5 closures, all made with quality swiss lace.
- A frontal is designed to cover the entire front perimeter of your head from ear to ear. Depending on the texture you purchase, we offer frontals made with quality swiss lace with a dimension of 13x4 and 13x6. The advantage a frontal has over a closure is you are able to be more versatile with parting your hair while you are limited with a closure.
3. CAN THIS HAIR BE COLORED?
-Yes, it most definitely can. All of our textures can be colored/dyed, however we recommend seeking a professional for assistance. Snookie's Hair Boutique is not responsible for any damage to the hair caused by any form of chemical or coloring process.
4. HOW LONG WILL THIS HAIR LAST?
-We stand behind the quality of our hair and with proper care and maintenance, this hair is guaranteed to last for many years. We cowash and inspect each bundle prior to shipping to ensure its quality meets our standards.
5. IF I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE HAIR, CAN I BE ISSUED A REFUND?
Due to risks of COVID-19, there will be no refunds or exchanges after checkout is completed until further notice. All sales are final!! No exceptions!!
-Snookie's Hair Boutique stands behind the quality of all of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please send an email to customerservicer@snookieshairboutique.com to detail your issues with your order. We do not offer refunds, however we will be more than happy to exchange the hair for you if there is a defect with the hair. The hair must be in its original packaging and state in which it was sent to you. The hair must not be unraveled and must be unused, unaltered, unworn. The hair seal must be unbroken and in it's orignal form. Before returning, please make sure you contact us via email within 5 calendar days from the date the hair was delivered. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for the exchange unless Snookie's Hair Boutique is at fault. All hair must be shipped back in it's original packaging. If the hair or packaging is defective in any way, an exchange will not be honored. We encourage you to use a shipping method that includes tracking to ensure delivery as we are not responsible for any lost returns.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL CLOSURES AND FRONTALS. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
6. CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Due to risks of COVID-19, there will be no refunds or exchanges after checkout is completed until further notice. All sales are final!! No exceptions!!
-Our policy is once your payment has processed and your order has been completed, you will not be able to make any alterations or changes to your order. However, give us a call or send an email detailing the changes you would like to make, and we will try our best to accommodate you. We cannot make any guarantees
7. HOW LONG IS PROCESSING AND SHIPPING?
-Please note that processing and shipping occur Monday-Friday only. Once your order has been completed and your address has been verified, processing of your order takes 3-4 business days for your order to be shipped. The Filipino & Cambodian loose wave collections may take 7-10 business days for processing. Standard shipping may take 5-7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping may take 2-3 business days depending on your location. Snookie's Hair Boutique will require a signature for all deliveries. Please be advised we are not responsible or liable for any stolen or lost packages once your order has been signed for. Once your order has shipped, you should receive a tracking number within 24 hours. If you have not received a tracking number after 4 business days from the date you placed your order, please contact us immediately.
COVID-19 NOTICE: Due to COVID-19, processing time is 7-10 business days. Processing time for Filipino & Cambodian loose wave collections may take 10-14 business days

-Snookie's Hair Boutique's business hours are Monday-Friday from 10AM-7PM CST. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us during normal business hours.
